Account Deletion

Learn how to delete your StreakUp account and permanently erase all your data. Follow the steps carefully to ensure successful account removal.

For the user to be able to delete all of their data inside the app, the user must meet the following criteria:

If these criteria are met, follow these steps:

  1. Open the app
  2. Log in with the account you wish to delete
  3. Navigate to the "Settings" section using the bottom navigation bar
  4. Press the "Profile" category
  5. View your account information
  6. Press on the "DELETE ACCOUNT" option
  7. The user will be presented with a dialog which tells them that everything will be erased and unrecoverable
  8. Tap the "DELETE ACCOUNT" option
  9. Confirm the deletion in the dialog warning that this action is permanent
  10. Your data will be permanently erased from StreakUp's database
  11. You will be logged out automatically

⚠Note: For security, we can only delete accounts when we can verify ownership.
