You must be at least 13 years old (or meet the age requirement in your jurisdiction) to use StreakUp. By using the app, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Account Creation

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. User Content

  • Users can create and track "Streaks," including optional notes.
  • You retain ownership of the content you provide but grant StreakUp a license to use it for app functionality and analytics.
  • You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes third-party rights.

5. App Usage

  • StreakUp is provided as-is for personal habit tracking.
  • You agree not to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the app.
  • StreakUp may introduce features, remove features, or suspend accounts at any time.

6. Payments

  • Any in-app purchases are processed via Google Play (Android) or App Store (iOS).
  • Refunds are subject to Google/Apple policies, not StreakUp.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • StreakUp is a productivity and habit-tracking tool. It does not provide medical, mental health, or professional advice.
  • Use at your own risk. StreakUp is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damages resulting from use of the app.
  • Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Termination

  • You or StreakUp may terminate your account at any time.
  • Upon termination, access to your streak data may be lost. See Privacy Policy for data retention/deletion info.

9. Modifications

  • StreakUp may update these Terms at any time.
  • Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of France.
  • Any disputes will be resolved under the applicable law of the jurisdiction stated.
